Join Purusha Yoga SF with Savannah Joy and Andrew Ybarra for a 3 hour journey to reflect on 2024, celebrate who you've become this year, and get clear on where you want to pour more love and attention into for the New Year. In this immersive experience, you will begin with sipping ceremonial cacao to open your heart to compassion, gratitude, and celebration. Then decide who you're becoming in this next chapter and embody those qualities in our guided DJ dance and breathwork journey. Finally, settle in to integrate these shifts at a cellular level in our sacred sound healing journey.
About Your Guides:
Andrew Ybarra is a skilled men's emotional embodiment & human health coach, ecstatic dance DJ, facilitator, speaker, and the founder of Lifted AV Productions. His safe and loving presence creates full permission for you to express suppressed emotions, release trapped energy in the body, and return to your full power, joy, and expanded heart space.
His primal movement and breathwork set will guide you through the full spectrum of emotions in the body and guide you to return to your authentic expression, liberation, and playful, sensual movement.
Savannah Joy is the founder of Embrace Your Wild, a voice medicine channel, somatic healing practitioner, feminine leadership guide, and retreat facilitator. She empowers feminine leaders to create unshakable inner safety, radical self-acceptance, unleash and amplify your voice, and reclaim deep connection to your sensuality, intuition, and innate body wisdom.
Her sound healing journeys weave channeled vocal melodies with crystal singing bowls, medicine drums and other percussive instruments to take listeners on a journey ranging from ethereal and angelic to shamanic and primal. Her guidance takes you deep into surrender so the vibrations can drop your body into its optimal healing states. These altered healing states naturally allow your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies to return to ease and reclaim a sense of clarity, deep inner peace, and empowerment.
