Start your Fridays with peaceful movement, fresh air, and stunning Lake Erie views. Join us for Sunrise Yoga with Michele from Yoga Sweetness, a gentle, all-levels class designed to help you stretch, breathe, and set a calm, positive tone for your day.

Gentle flows, mindful movement, and relaxing energy — perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

🚗 Parking: Near the Lakehouse & Folger Home; overflow parking across Lake Road at the Old Firehouse Community Center.
