Meet the New York Times bestselling, and crically-acclaimed author Tayari Jones. Her book AN AMERICAN MARRIAGE, was an Oprah’s Book Club selection that also won the Women’s Prize for Fiction. Her upcoming novel KIN will release on February 24.
She will be joined in conversation by Victoria Henderson Webber the president of the NAACP Des Moines.

What to expect:
Doors will open at 6 PM, and the author talk will begin at 7 PM. This program will be hosted at Central Library, and seating is on a first come, first-serve basis.
At the end of the program, there will be a question and answer period. A book signing will follow.
