Please join us and help us beautify and clean the Lakeland Hills Community Park, home of Avery's Playground, here in Auburn in collaboration with the City's Clean Sweep project. This special park is near and dear to the Huffman family, as it is home to the playground and bench dedicated in honor of their daughter Avery, who lost her life to the terminal brain cancer DIPG in 2016. So many wonderful volunteers helped build this new playground back in 2018 when it was first dedicated. We would love your support again as we join forces once again with the City of Auburn's Clean Sweep Event Project 2026, to beautify and spring clean the grounds in prep for spring and summer playtime!Please join us for a few hours Saturday, April 18th. Many hands make work light! We would love to see you there!
*Event will be conducted in compliance with safety measures outlined by the City of Auburn. Please RSVP so we have adequate head counts and can plan sweep details accordingly.
