Welcome to the Autumnal Equinox Forest Bath!

Location: Leadmine Mountain Trail (Main Entrance)
Celebrate the Autumnal Equinox and the transition into a slower season with a peaceful journey into the forest. Enjoy a one hour, guided walk through the woods, where you'll be encouraged to tap into your senses, dive deep into the forest, and experience the sensations of slowness and stillness. Please come prepared in sturdy shoes and comfortable clothing. It may be a good idea to bring a water bottle, bug spray, or sunscreen. You may also want to bring a blanket or something to sit on.
