YOUR PERFECT DAY
Begin the day with guided meditation & a refreshing yoga practice, followed by breakfast at Sleeping Lady.
Optional mid day yoga, philosophy or yogic lifestyle teachings.
Lunch at Sleeping Lady.
Afternoon free to discover Sleeping Lady's art walk, outdoor adventures, enjoy the heated pool & hot tub, book a treatment at the resort's Aspen Day Spa or check out downtown Leavenworth, the possibilities are endless.
Dinner on your own.
Wrapping up the evening with a night cap of Yoga Nidra, restorative yoga or an amazing 2 hour sound bath to delight the senses and usher you right into dreamland.

Tuition & Meals ONLY (you arrange your stay) - $675, after June 1st $800
Single Occupancy - $1,400, after June 1st $1,550
Double Occupancy - $1,025, after June 1st $1,175
Triple Occupancy - $1,025, after June 1st $1,175
Quad Occupancy - $860, after June 1st $1,010
Travel companions: $650 For meals and shared room for any travel companions who want to join you, but not participate in the retreat. In addition, if they want to participate in the sound bath experience, an additional $125 will be added - once you are booked, email [email protected] to make arrangements for travel companions.
