Autumn, is the time that we start to slow down again after the chaos and fun of the summer season.
Join me in studio to do a lovely nourishing practice.. Weâll set intentions for the Autumn season, eat delicious cakes and drink some warm tea or cocoa (Shelley.. I wonât make you drink the turmeric latte again! hehe).
Weâll head into the swimming pool area afterwards to have a swim and sauna together!!
