Autumn has a different quality.
The light shifts. The air cools. There is a natural invitation to slow down, to soften, to let go of what no longer serves.
And yet, our bodies often carry the residue of a full summer. Tight shoulders. A stiff upper back. A nervous system that has been running on high for a little too long.
This 2.5-hour Autumn Yin & Myofascial Release Workshop is an invitation to pause, reset and recalibrate with the season.
Together, we will blend long-held Yin yoga shapes with guided self-myofascial release techniques using RAD Rollers and the Blackroll Mini Roller. We will work slowly and intentionally through the thoracic spine, shoulders, chest and arms — the areas most connected to the Lung and Large Intestine meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the channels most active in autumn.
This is not about forcing flexibility. It is about gently unwinding tension from the inside out. Working with fascia, joints and breath in a way that feels intelligent, grounded and sustainable.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
↳ Deep Yin holds to nourish connective tissue and support joint mobility
↳ Targeted myofascial release for the feet, calves, thoracic spine, shoulders and arms
↳ Breath and nervous system downregulation to support recovery
↳ Practical guidance on how to continue these techniques at home

$79 — Workshop + your own Blackroll Mini Roller to take home
All props, RAD Rollers and Blackroll Mini Rollers provided for use during the session. Bring warm socks and anything that adds to your comfort.
No prior yoga or Pilates experience required. Options and modifications offered throughout so you can meet yourself exactly where you are.
My intention for this afternoon is simple — to help you feel lighter in your body, clearer in your mind, and more spacious in your breath.
Autumn is the season of release. This is your time to shed what feels tight, stuck or heavy and move into the cooler months feeling supported and steady.
