This is an invitation to get together and release our feminine energy in a safe, grounding and respectful space.
A little bit about me:
I am Berenice Mumbru.
I am a Psychotherapist from Argentina, specialised in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I am passionate about community building, mental health and climate justice.
I've been facilitating monthly Women's Circles for almost two years.
I cannot wait to welcome you to this healing space whenever you decide to join us.

The 2 hour gathering includes the following:
- Introductions
- Guided meditation
- Journaling (on a different topic every month)
- Sharing circle
