About this Event
Autumn is a perfect moment to go inwards. Falling temperatures and ever-longer nights invite grounding, reflection, and stepping away for a restorative break. Join us for a guided Yoga Nidra relaxation and a Tibetan bowl sound bath to enjoy a refreshing hike inwards, following the autumn energy of flow and letting go.
Starting with a gentle movement and breath flow, we'll let the tensions drop in preparation for the immersive, meditative experience. Then, we'll travel with awareness, breath, and sound, consciously releasing the old and making space for the new to come when the time is right.
N.B: You'll be given a blanket and a cushion, but feel welcome also to bring your own favourite Decke to be as cosy as possible 🍂 ❤️

What's Yoga Nidra?
Also known as "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that helps you relax deeply and achieve a state between being awake and asleep. By bringing attention inwards, Nidra balances the mind and body, allowing the conscious and unconscious to reveal themselves more fully.
During the session, you lie down comfortably while the facilitator guides your experience. As you rest and follow the meditation, you gradually enter an innate blissful awareness and feel interconnected, whole, and loved—just the way you are today.
👉Yoga Nidra brings relief from stress, insomnia, chronic pain, and other somatic trauma symptoms.
What is a Sound Bath?
Tibetan bowls create a wide range of sounds and vibrations that restore the natural frequencies of the body, mind, and soul. Research shows that their sound slows down brain waves to an alpha (8-13 Hz), theta (4-8 Hz) or even delta (1-3 Hz) state, all of which are deeply restorative, relaxing, and healing.
As a result, the body can release deep-seated tensions and experience improvement in multiple physical and mental health conditions.
During the session, you lie comfortably while the facilitator plays the bowls, often moving around the room to immerse you in the vibrating sounds. No direct touch is involved.
👉Contraindications: pregnancy - especially the first and the last trimester; heart conditions; metal plates or implants; severe mental health conditions; high sensitivity, especially aural.
