As the season turns, join us for Autumn Transitions (Parivartan) — an immersive Indian lunch experience that celebrates change, connection, and reflection through food, conversation, and ritual.
This edition of Masala Story explores Parivartan — meaning transformation — inspired by autumn’s gentle pause between endings and beginnings.

• Moong motth Chaat – Earthy green lentils tossed with peanut, spices and vegetables
• Pani Puri Shots – Crisp puris filled with tangy tamarind and mint-coriander water
• Paneer Pakoda – Cottage cheese fritters served with mint chutney
• Kaddu Chana – Pumpkin & chickpeas cooked in spices, served with jeera rice
• Gobhi Parantha Bite – Cauliflower-stuffed flatbread served with yogurt, homemade butter and mango chutney
