Dining (Dining Car, Lounge Car & Beaver Car) Passengers in Dining Class will partake in the served dinner. Please select your meal choice at checkout. Drinks and light fare are also available for purchase throughout the train from our à la carte menu.
Coach Class (Deluxe Coach and Diplomat Car): Passengers in the Coach class cars can enjoy our light-fare à la carte menu with delicious seasonal snacks and beverages as no meals are served.
First Class (Parlor Car): Passengers in the First-Class Parlor do not receive the dinner options but will receive an hors d’oeuvres plate, dessert, and a complimentary beverage. Drinks and light fare are also available for purchase throughout the train from our à la carte menu. The first-class cars are reserved for ages 13+.
