Autumn Sound Bath Series at Nurture

As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, join us at Nurture for a nourishing evening of sound, grounding, and community.
The 90-minute session includes:

• Gentle, grounding movement to release tension and prepare the body for stillness
• Guided breathwork to expand the lungs and center the body amidst the changing of the seasons
• An immersive sound journey with crystal bowls and other soothing instruments

Through sound and movement, you will begin preparing yourself for winter, cultivating resilience, clarity, and warmth from within. Physical activity and gentle exertion will support deeper relaxation and sounder sleep, while the tones of the instruments help create space in the mind and body. The goal of this practice is to leave you feeling ready to meet the season change with presence and peace.

No prior experience is needed, just bring yourself, wear something comfortable, and anything that will support your rest, such as a blanket or pillow.
