Autumn Social

• Location: The Waterside Hotel (508-514 Flinders Street. Melbourne, Victoria 3000)
• Floor Levels: Level 3, 4 & 5
• Time: 5.30pm to 10:30pm; attendees are welcome to stay at the venue after our event concludes at their own cost.
• Catering: Drinks and canapes will be provided

This is expected to be a highly popular event. As per many of our events, places will be allocated on a first in, best dressed basis. If the event reaches capacity, you will be added to a waitlist and when a spot becomes available a ticket will be forwarded to you via Eventbrite to claim.

Please Note:

• You must use your EY email address to register. All registrations using a personal email address will automatically be cancelled.
• You must be a Melbourne Sports & Social Club member to sign up; if you are not a member please sign up HERE. For non-members that register for this event your spot will be confirmed once we have confirmation of your sign-up to the sports & social club.
• Cancellation policy - If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know by 5pm,Tuesday 17 March 2026. Any cancellations after this time will incur a $50 admin penalty. If you do not attend on the evening without providing us ([email protected]) with prior notice, you will also incur a penalty.
