Through soothing sounds and vibrations, you’ll be guided to release what no longer serves you, clear stagnant energy, promote emotional balance, and prepare the mind and body for the inward journey ahead. Take this evening for harvesting self-care and to replenish your energy. Bring an eye cover, blankets, and crystals to place on your body or around you to amplify your healing and serene experience.
Bio: Jennifer Escalera is a Metaphysical Instructor, Intuitive Healing Practitioner, Mom, and Chicana Owner of The Mystic Living School. Jennifer’s passion is empowering other WOC Empaths, Creatives, and Leaders to develop their unique healing gifts and abilities to heal themselves and help others do the same. She’s been working in the healing and spiritual arts since 1998 specializing in healing childhood and ancestral trauma, stress management, and self-worth. Checking In: Check in will begin at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time!! We will be locking the doors at 6:05 PM. Please bring your yoga mat and anything you'll need to be comfortable (extra pillows, etc). We have bolsters and yoga blankets available as well.
