🍂 Join us for a relaxing, one-day retreat in nature, in the autumn-cloaked landscape of the Wicklow mountains and Glendalough valley! This slow, soul-nourishing day begins with a gentle forest hike through native woodlands. You’ll be guided through forest bathing and mindfulness practices that help you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with nature. After the walk, we’ll unwind in a private riverside sauna by the Avonmore River in Laragh's new sauna— with time for optional cold river dips and a serene tea ceremony to close the day.
