An evening of ear seeding, soundbath, herbal teas and concoctions, a talk about traditional Chinese medicine practices in the Autumn season.
About this Event

As autumn approaches, we pause to reflect and restore. Join us in collaboration with Kamwo Meridian Herbs for an evening of sound, herbs, and seasonal practices designed to nourish and strengthen our body’s immunity, and align with the season’s call for balance and renewal.

The evening will begin with a soothing herbal tea. Kamwo will provide ear seeding for all participants. Ear seeding is a gentle wellness practice where small seeds are placed on points of the ear to support breathing, immunity, and relaxation. Acupuncturist and herbalist, Olivia Choi, will then guide us through an Autumn Reflection & Renewal of Breath.

We’ll settle into a sound bath led by Benny Spott, creating soothing vibrations to help us breathe deeply and find calm as the season changes.

As we sip herbal concoctions, the program will close with a seasonal herbal talk offering recipes and practical tips for immune health in the cooler months ahead. Herbs from Kamwo will be available for purchase on your way out.

This program is part of Think!Chinatown’s ongoing partnership with Kamwo Meridian Herbs, a neighborhood institution preserving traditional Chinese medicine and wellness practices.
