Join us at Senna House Scottsdale for a refreshing fall-inspired yoga class. This energizing session will ground your body and mind through mindful movement, strength, and flow.

After class, stay and mingle poolside with our activation vendors while enjoying a seasonal drink and good company. It’s the perfect way to welcome fall—move, connect, and celebrate wellness together.

By purchasing this ticket, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a prerequisite to my participation in any event, activity, or gathering (“Event”) organized by Senna House Scottsdale.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that my participation in any wellness event is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, transportation before, during, and after the event, food and beverage consumption, interactions with other attendees, and exposure to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. I assume all risks associated with my participation, including injury, illness, property loss, or damage.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Senna House, its founders, officers, members, affiliates, sponsors, event partners, and any associated personnel from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities that may arise from my participation in any Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

MEDICAL TREATMENT

I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, or illness during a wellness event. I understand that Senna House does not provide medical insurance or coverage for participants and that I am responsible for my own medical expenses.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF HEALTH CONDITIONS

I confirm that I am in good health and physically able to participate in this wellness event. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have any concerns about my health or ability to participate in any Event activities.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

I grant Senna House permission to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken of me during Events for promotional, marketing, or other business-related purposes without compensation or further approval.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and voluntarily agree to its provisions. By signing below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally competent to sign this agreement.
