Join us for a rejuvenating experience that will nourish your mind, body, and soul. This in-person event is designed to help you release tension, connect with your inner self, and find a sense of peace and balance.
Join Melissa and Colter as they guide you on a soulful journey of letting go and flowing into love. Enjoy a heart opening yoga flow with Melissa as you open up yourself to the love within. Then enjoy a gentle yet powerful breathwork journey with Colter to assist in aligning to health, happiness and love...your natural state!
