Are you ready to flow into Autumn to find presence & strength?Week 1 of our 10 week Autumn Flow is on Wednesday October the 1st.
Each week you can expect a guided meditation relevant to the season, slow yet powerful movement with options for everyone, relaxation with essential oils & optional reiki to end.
Our poses for Autumn are all about release, comfort, slowing down, going inward, grounding & connecting to our root chakra - one of the chakras associated with the new season - helping us to find much needed balance in both our practice & our lives.
If you’ve wanted to try Your Yoga Yard this year but life has just gotten in the way too much, I hear you, we are here for you, waiting with a warm welcome.
Your 1st class is totally free so why not come & give us a try.
If you love us & decide to stay classes are £9 each or £45 for a 6 class pass.
Your pass is valid for 6 months with absolutely no pressure or expectation that you have to attend every week (but you can!!)
This block will run right up to December 17th so you can end the year feeling great, floating into the festive season whilst those around you are losing the plot!!
