The autumn equinox is a time of equal amounts of light and darkness: a fleeting moment of balance of day and night within nature before the darkness of winter draws in. This seasonal shift is the perfect impetus to seek more balance in our own lives, pausing after the high-energy light of the summer to consider how best to recuperate, regenerate and replenish through autumn and the fading of the light.
Join us for a four-hour workshop, suitable for all levels, expertly led by Jana Greig. Jana is a fully qualified yoga teacher based here in St Andrews. A busy mother of two, she has built her practice on the need for self-care and peace. The workshop includes a delicious light lunch in our bright Spa Café, and ends with a yoga nidra practice to leave you refreshed, alert and ready for whatever the season brings.
