About this Event
Led by Hanna, a local yoga instructor, this special Autumn Equinox gathering invites you to reset, shed the layers that no longer serve you, and discover abundance within. Together, we will celebrate the season's transition, embracing the power of connection and community in this transformative yoga + live music experience.
We will start with health shots to invigorate our bodies and enjoy soothing herbal tea to settle into the practice. Together, we'll create a beautiful gratitude altar, a space where you can place symbols of what you are thankful for. The celebration includes yoga accompanied by live music, grounding meditation, and reflective journaling. To conclude, we'll engage in intention planting—a meaningful ritual where you’ll plant seeds with your intentions, allowing them to grow and flourish through the coming season.

What to bring:
Yoga mat and comfy clothing to move in (we offer free yoga mats to borrow if needed)
Journal or paper + pen
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! BRING 1 item that represents something you are grateful for (IE. a photograph of someone you love, an element from nature, a symbolic token etc.) for our gratitude altar
