Join us for a day dedicated to the Autumn Equinox and rediscovering yourself amidst the serene beauty of the woodland.Throughout the day, you’ll immerse yourself in nature, creating a meaningful craft to take home as a keepsake of your experience.
You’ll then be guided through a soothing meditation and hypnotherapy session, designed to help you release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner self, and embrace your positive qualities.
Experience a transformative fire release ritual, allowing you to fully let go and be present in the moment.
A hearty vegan lunch, prepared within the woodland, will be provided. You’re welcome to join in the preparation over the fire or take some quiet time to explore the forest.
In the afternoon, we’ll regroup for a Holy Fire Reiki Experience, connecting with the energies of the Earth, the woodland, and the universal life force.
We’ll conclude with positive journaling, a gratitude practice, card pulling, and a shared celebration of the day.
To end the day we will have a more informal few hours to spend in the woodland, connect with each other, nature. But also you have the option to add a 30min 1-1 session with myself, either Reiki, Quantum meditation, Integral Eye Movement Therapy.
