Voice Activation: A guided process to open the throat and allow your body to speak its truth, refining expression and honouring your authentic voice.
Womb Connection: Gentle somatic practices to reconnect with the womb space, restoring vitality, intuition, and feminine wisdom within the safety of sisterhood.
Nature Play & Grounding: Be held in a safe, nourishing field while laughing, dancing, resting, and grounding with Mother Earth, remembering that healing can be joyful.
Fire Ceremony: We alchemise what no longer serves, offering it to the fire and sealing the day with clarity, intention, and renewal.
