Join us for a deeply restorative Autumn Equinox Sound Bath and Guided Meditation. This event is designed to help you harmonize with the natural transition of the seasons, inviting balance, reflection, and renewal.Bring a cushion (to sit on the floor in a circle), a small blanket or sweater and an open heart, and prepare to journey inward as we embrace the balance and beauty of autumn together.
Cost: this event is free however, we ask you to bring a non perishable food item to be blessed during the ceremony to celebrate the season of giving and gratitude.
Please note:
There will be chairs available for those who are unable to sit on the floor.
Space is limited, so PLEASE respond if you plan to attend.
Small candles and incense will be used, so please be aware of this in case of sensitivities
