About this Event
Step into the quiet turning of the season and honor the Autumn Equinox with me. We’ll begin with a quiet moment for private reflection and intention-setting, then move into a guided meditation and an sound bath to carry you inward. We’ll close in circle, with space to gently integrate and share if you wish.
Expect luminous tones from crystal bowls, bronze bowls, and chimes, woven to support deep rest, balance, and gentle transformation. This evening is an invitation to pause, align with the season, and welcome change with an open heart.
Bring along with you any mats, cushions, pillows, and blankets that will help you feel most comfortable. You may also wish to bring a journal for reflections. Water, tea, eye masks, and chairs provided.
As the light and dark find their balance, may you find your own, and leave feeling refreshed and aligned.
