The Fall Equinox marks the balance point of the year — when day and night are equal in length before the darker season begins. Across traditions, this turning of the wheel has symbolized harvest, letting go, and renewal. It’s a natural invitation to pause, reflect, and restore balance within.
This evening with Matthew Peters of Sound Alchemy begins with gentle guided movement, stretching, and tapping to release tension and settle into the body. From there, you’ll be guided into a 60-minute sound bath — an immersive journey with Himalayan singing bowls, planetary gongs, crystal pyramid, and chimes.
The vibrations of these instruments don’t just soothe the mind — they interact with the body’s nervous system, guiding you toward slower rhythms through a process called entrainment. This supports deep relaxation, stress release, and a return to your natural state of balance.
Whether this is your first sound bath or your fiftieth, you’ll be welcomed into a space designed for rest, renewal, and presence.
