Each retreat is a 4.5-hour immersive experience, running from 10:00am – 2:30pm, designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect — with yourself, the seasons, and a supportive community.

While each day will be inspired by the energy of the season, the structure will remain consistent so you can drop in with ease. Activities will gently vary across the year to open up new experiences and expand your self-care toolkit.
