On Sunday September 22, 2024 at 8:44 a.m. the official first day of fall occurs, according to the Farmers Almanac. Days and nights are equal across the globe at approximately 12 hours each.This special time is also referred to as AUTUMN EQUINOX. Our serotonin and melatonin levels actually affect our mood and sleep patterns during this season. Temperatures fall, plant life slows and so do we!
As we prepare for slowing down and honoring the change in season we can embrace this change with a CRYSTAL HEALING BOWL MEDITATION.
What is out of balance for you? Letting go of the past and welcoming a new season into your life with the help of relaxing meditation. The Crystal Bowls bring soothing sounds and specific frequencies that relate to areas of our body.
We have 7 main energy areas in our body called Chakras that resonate to specific notes, and can become more balanced on intune with those notes. When our body is 'out of tune' or has been compromised with illness or stress, it can become dissonant, or "dis-eased".
The goal of sound healing therapy is to bring all systems of the body out of dissonance and back to resonance and reset the frequencies back to balance.
