This event will offer guests a rich blend of cooking hosting and food heritage. With a focus on a canapé main course sweet treat and cocktail we will learn how to create an autumn menu using locally-sourced seasonal ingredients. The evening will feature cooking demos by Kelly hosting tips by Hazel and tablescaping alongside the history of dining customs from Aoife.
We will draw inspiration from the heritage of both Newbridge House and Whitestown House to create an evening of hospitality tasting and chat steeped in Irish country house traditions.
