Welcome to the beginner’s course in Argentine Tango!In this course, you’ll get to know the dance by learning the fundamental steps and techniques of tango. You’ll be introduced to different dance positions (open and closed abrazo), and get to try figures commonly used on the dance floor. Just as importantly, you’ll learn about communication and connection, as well as the understanding that follower and leader roles are equally valuable in the dance – all essential tools for mastering this beautiful dance: Argentine tango.
Where and when?
The course will be held at Hildemors Danseskole, Monday, October 6th, from 4–6 PM.
Who is it for?
The course is perfect for those who have never danced before, as well as for those who want to refresh what they’ve learned in previous courses. It is an advantage to come with a partner, but we’ll do our best to match those who sign up individually.
The course is free for members of BSI Dans!
