About this Event
Join us for an Autumnal Community Celebration - a seasonal opportunity to explore and enjoy The Green Farmacy Garden however suits you best.
Feel free to plug in through the Agenda laid out above, or choose your own adventure. GFG Staff will be communing and happy to help folks with turmeric harvest & Garden questions, and you're welcome to walk the property on your own, peruse the library inside, help rake leaf piles for kids to jump in -- however you're moved to experience and share joy and connection with us!
Wanna bring your guitar and share some tunes? Got a story to share? Want to invite others to work on a nature craft with you? All are welcome.
Potluck:
GFG will provide soup, hot cider, herbal tisanes from the Garden, and ingredients for S'mores. Potluck contributions are welcomed and encouraged from community participants - please bring an Ingredients list and a serving utensil for your dish if needed.
Low Waste Effort:
We will provide reusable plasticware to be collected and washed after the event, but participants are welcomed and encouraged to bring your own reusable dishes and utensils.
Children:
Kids can play in the field, rake & jump in leaves, play hide & seek in certain parts of the woods (avoiding new native plantings and sensitive erosion zones!).
There is No Rain Date for this event - let's hope for good weather! We will update registrants by email and the event description if weather seems likely to impact the event in the days before our date.
