You're invited to an extraordinary event: the Autism Without Mask exhibition and workshop. Prepare to experience more than just a photographic exhibition; it's a collection of portraits originating from workshops held with mothers of individuals with autism. During these workshops, their faces become canvases, painted by their sons and/or daughters.
This event offers a unique opportunity for mothers, fathers, siblings of autistic children, and professionals in the ASD field to connect through art with people on the spectrum. Emporium Brazil Design Gallery is opening its doors to welcome you on May 11th from 2 to 6 pm.

How does the Autism Without Mask Workshop operate?
Upon arrival at the gallery, families are photographed by the renowned international photographer Marcio Amaral. Within the gallery space, there will be three stations equipped with paints and brushes for children with autism to paint the faces of their mothers, fathers, siblings, and therapists. Once the facial paintings are complete, Marcio individually photographs each participant of the workshop. These portraits will become part of the upcoming exhibition and the second edition of the AUTISM WITHOUT MASK book, both slated for release in 2024. Don't miss out on this opportunity to participate.
