These slow, guided woodland walks with simple grounding and sensory activities are designed to support calm and balance.

These sessions are led by Candice, an AuDHD practitioner with a passion for nature-based wellbeing and creating low-pressure, supportive spaces.
Woodland Locations are all Leeds based, and will be decided on depending on the location of the attendees.
These sessions are for adults only, for time for themselves.
