About this Event

The Salt Lake City Library Foundation is thrilled to present an evening with bestselling author David Grann (Killers of the Flower Moon, The Wager). Please join us for his talk, "Life & Work: the Importance of Libraries." A book signing and meet & greet will follow his talk. You are welcome to bring your own book to be signed, or copies will be available for purchase during the event.Grann is an award-winning journalist and best-selling nonfiction author whose deeply reported narratives illuminate hidden chapters of history with thrilling storytelling and powerful insight. This event is free and open to the public. Free tickets are required to attend, available here at Eventbrite. Your ticket does not guarantee a specific seat; seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are not in line by 6:15pm, we may open your ticket to waitlist patrons.
