About Morry:
A power woman, chick lit writer, and stay-at-home mom to three-year-old twin boys. As a Peruvian-Canadian author based in the Bay Area, Morry writes contemporary women’s fiction, chick lit, and novels with fashion-forward plot lines. She lovingly refers to chick lit as chic lit, stating that the genre allows her to explore relatable themes through a lens of humour and romance. Creating compelling characters who navigate the ups and downs of love, friendship, and self-discovery provides a chance to reflect the modern woman’s experience in a vibrant, engaging way
About Manhattan Mishap:
Margot Moss, a gregarious and witty woman, lives her life with abandon. She knows exactly what she wants and isn’t afraid to pounce after it with full-throttle ferocity. Although, she can’t quite seem to get it right.
When a coveted promotion falls through, Margot finds herself struggling to actualize her dreams and is forced to reconsider her so-called fabulous future. However, when one catwalk ends, another begins. A job in New York City comes knocking and Margot doesn’t hesitate to seize the opportunity, setting out on a wild adventure towards love, success, and self-discovery.
