About the Author:
Matthew C. Halteman is a Professor of Philosophy at Calvin University and a Senior Fellow at the Oxford Centre for Animal Ethics. His work focuses on ethics, animals, and environmental responsibility. Halteman is known for making complex ethical ideas accessible, hopeful, and deeply human, encouraging readers to approach justice and compassion with curiosity and joy.
Light refreshments will be provided, and books will be available for purchase.
