Come meet local middle grade mystery authors Cristina Rouvalis, and Lydia Wayman at our special author reading and discussion April 27th at 2pm.
Snoopers & Sneakers is a fast-paced middle grade mystery filled with girl power and friendship which puts the voices of neurodiverse people into the spotlight. (Middle Grade means great for ages 8 - 12 +)

About the Authors:
Cristina Rouvalis
Cristina is an award-winning journalist with a talent for distilling facts about real people into lively features and profiles. Snoopers & Sneakers is her first foray into the wide-open world of fiction.
A long-time fan of Harriet the Spy, she set out to write a book that portrayed in an authentic way her daughter’s social turmoil during the middle school years. Meeting her co-author, Lydia Wayman, an autistic adult, inspired the idea of a dual point of view book with a dethroned social butterfly and an autistic cat lover.
Lydia Wayman
Lydia is an autistic advocate with a B.S. in elementary education and an M.A. in English and nonfiction writing. She uses her education and experience to help others better understand how autistic people see the world.
Her debut book, Snoopers & Sneakers, does just that through the voice of a 12-year-old autistic cat lover who has a strong sense of self and is more than a series of stereotypes.
