About this Event
Join us to hear James Dunbar discuss his latest novel, Twisted River, a suspenseful thriller, full of sinister twists and turns, dark humour and a fascinating cast of supporting characters from society's shadowy fringes.
Set in the idyllic coastal town of Kiama, NSW, the story follows Cate and Rory Porter, a couple whose lives are dismantled after returning from holiday to find their identities stolen, their home occupied, and their dog missing. What begins as a mystery quickly spirals into a terrifying exploration of digital vulnerability, revenge, and the fragility of truth in a tech-driven world.
Come along to this free event and hear James Dunbar speak about his writing process and latest novel. Copies will be available for purchase from the Devonport Bookshop on the night - chat to James as he signs them for you.
