Welcome to Authentic Reset Day Retreat at Ventucci Farm!
Join us to cultivate deeper connections with self and other! If you are
neurodiverse, identify as a person in any type of recovery, experience
overwhelm, anxiety and loneliness, or you would like to experience a day
of healthy community connection, breath, experiential exercises,
interpersonal skills, reducing shame, nervous system regulation, and fun - this is for you.
Lunch catered from Colonel Mustard's Sandwich Emporium.
