Authentic Relating: The Embodiment Lab
Where alignment is felt, clarity is spoken, and presence is lived
This immersive day of Authentic Relating games explores the Law of Attraction through direct human experience. Rather than approaching these ideas as abstract concepts or manifestation theory, we will explore them in real time through communication, presence, emotional awareness, and relational interaction.
Throughout the day, we will move through three core pillars:

Attraction — becoming aware of what we are consciously and unconsciously calling into our interactions through attention, intention, and focus.

Alignment — exploring how our internal state shapes the way we connect, communicate, and experience the world around us.
5:00pm-7:00pm

Creation — recognizing how participation, expression, and action shape the quality of connection and possibility available to us. What we choose to speak, embody, initiate, and engage with influences the reality we experience together.
Through structured AR games, reflection, and shared experience, participants will have the opportunity to observe how perception, emotion, and behavior influence the quality of connection they create with themselves and others.
This is not about perfection, performance, or “thinking positively.”
It is about developing a deeper awareness of how we shape our relational reality moment by moment through the way we show up, engage, and respond.
Some exercises may gently stretch comfort zones around honesty, emotional awareness, communication, and vulnerability. Participants are always encouraged to honor their boundaries and engage at their own pace.
This experience is being facilitated by Alexander Coronado of Mystical Xander Vibes, blending Authentic Relating, communication practices, embodiment, and experiential group work into an immersive relational environment centered around presence, awareness, and intentional connection.
Expect a day of presence, honesty, curiosity, challenge, laughter, reflection, and meaningful human connection.
No prior experience is needed. Simply arrive comfortable, curious, and open to new practices and perspectives on how to be more intentional with yourself in the moment — and hopefully make some new friends.

• Lunch will be available for those who purchase the meal ticket. General admission guests are welcome to bring their own food or find something locally.
