Did you know that authentic connection can rewire your nervous system for safety and ease?When we slow down, reveal what’s true, and allow genuine contact, something inside us softens. We begin to feel seen, accepted and connected again.
Welcome to a full day of connection, presence, and nourishing touch.
We’ll begin with Authentic Relating games and exercises - playful yet profound ways of exploring honesty, empathy, and curiosity in connection. You’ll practice being real with others while staying rooted in yourself.
In the afternoon, we’ll gently transition into consent-based touch and cuddling. Through guided practices, you’ll explore how to:
-Feel and express your boundaries
-Ask for what you truly want
-Relax into trust and presence
As always, everything is optional. You’re free to skip any exercise or choose not to engage in touch. The space is designed for both beginners and experienced participants.
? SCHEDULE (Preliminary)
10:00–10:15 – Arrival & grounding meditation
10:15–12:30 – Authentic Relating games
12:30–13:30 – Lunch break (bring your own food)
13:30–15:00 – Consent talk & guided exercises
15:00–15:20 – Fika break
15:20–17:00 – Cuddle session & closing circle
⚠️ IMPORTANT
-Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as I wish to create a safe, closed container.
-Avoid wearing perfumes and come fresh with clean clothes.
-This is a platonic workshop. This means that sexual touch or interactions are not allowed.

Daniel has four years of university-level psychology studies and a bachelor’s degree in rhetoric. As an experienced IFS coach, yoga teacher, and workshop leader, he has learned how to read the room and create a safe, grounded space. He brings a deep passion for authenticity, connection, and presence into his workshops.
