Grounded in a fusion of approaches including Viewpoints, Laban, Meisner, Jungian Coaching, Embodied Flow Yoga, and Neuro Linguistic Programming, this workshop weaves together embodiment techniques, journaling, ensemble creation, and composition to cultivate freedom, connection, and raw truth in your craft.
