Join me every Wednesday for a cozy pop-up dinner at Hendershot's, where I'll serve my favorite Italian pasta dishes. As someone born and raised in Italy, my mission is to share the cuisine I grew up with the dishes we enjoyed on Sundays with my family. Inspired by the flavors of my hometown Bologna, my studies in Florence, and beloved cities like Rome, Milan, Sicily, Puglia, and other special locations, each week’s menu reflects a true taste of Italy.
From classic favorites to creative twists, every pasta dish is crafted with authentic Italian ingredients to ensure a genuine experience.
