About this Event

We think Australian wine is some of the greatest on the planet and deserves just as much study and analysis as the great wines of Europe.

And because no such course exists we decided to make one of our own. The course will run for 6 consecutive weeks on a Thursday at the Grosvenor in East Perth.

Each course will dive deep in to the topics listed below which will give you an outstanding knowledge of all things Aussie.

In addition, each class you will try iconic wines that will set the bar so high for your palate that there is a chance you’ll never be able to drink ‘normal’ wine ever again.

Courses will cover topics such as;

  • Soil types and climactic differences between various wine growing regions.
  • Effects of age on wine.
  • Outstanding vintages for the various varieties and regions.
  • Classic food and wine pairings.
