Kris Mizzi:
Winner of 2017 Troubadour Award as well as 2021 Folk Alliance 'Australian Solo Artist of the Year', Australian Singer/Songwriter Kris Mizzi is making waves throughout the Folk circuit across the country. Well-crafted stories which draw hopeful and heartwarming wisdoms found in the people and places we experience every day. With a 'strong and gentle' voice, and an art for weaving beauty and truth into the words of each song, Kris Mizzi reaches the hearts of his audiences with poetic lyrics, meandering melodies and 'a voice which truly moves people', along with a unique picking style, Mizzi really is a complete artist and is becoming renowned for his intimate performances and thoughtful songs, throughout the country.

The Weeping Willows:
3 x CMAA ‘Golden Guitar’, 2 x Australian Folk Music, ICMA and Music Victoria Award winners, The Weeping Willows (Laura Coates and Andrew Wrigglesworth) are a couple of old souls, steeped in Bluegrass tradition and draped in Gothic Americana imagery. They regale their audiences with stories of sunshine and romance, God and The Devil, murder and decay. Real music.
The last 5 years have seen The Weeping Willows performing Official Showcases at AMERICANAFEST (USA) and Folk Alliance International (USA) and appearing at Maverick Festival, Beardy Folk Festival, Knutsford Music Festival, Port Fairy Folk Festival (Aus), Queenscliff Music Festival (Aus) and the Australian Americana Music Honours, alongside international tours in support of their three albums. The Weeping Willows are thrilled to return to Green Note, one of their favourite venues in the UK!

Gretta Ziller is an Australian Americana artist celebrating 10 years of making music. Her latest album, The Miles, showcases her journey with heartfelt storytelling, blending country, folk, and blues influences. Known for her distinctive voice and emotive songwriting, Gretta has earned two Golden Guitar nominations and captivated audiences at major festivals across Australia. 2024 saw her mark a decade of following her musical dream, The Miles was a reflection on growth, resilience, and creativity. This is Gretta’s first time performing in the UK, bringing her unique sound and genuine connection to audiences beyond Australia.
