Join the Chicago Department of Planning and Development for a Grant Information Session to learn more about applying for Community Development Grants up to $250,000.
The City of Chicago helps support business and neighborhood vitality through Community Development Grants (CDG). CDGs use proceeds from the 2024 Housing and Development Bond to support a variety of eligible, business-related investments that create and maintain jobs and quality-of-life improvements for local residents.
Applications are open to business owners, property owners, community developers and entrepreneurs.
The CDG team will be available to answer questions about grant process, eligibility criteria and application requirements.
The Department of Planning and Development is accepting applications through November 8, 2024.
