About this Event
Live in Spokane and missing familiar accents and a decent coffee catch-up? Same.
Mugs with Mates is a relaxed get-together for Australians and New Zealanders living in and around Spokane. There’s no big agenda — just good coffee, easy chats, and a table full of familiar accents that feel like home.
This Spokane catch-up is hosted locally by Deb Weaver, who lives in the area and is keen to help grow something regular here. It’s been great to see the local Spokane crew getting involved and shaping how this comes together — exactly how we like these things to grow.

Good to know
If you’re keen to stay connected beyond this catch-up, Deb runs the Aussies, Kiwis & South Africans in Spokane Facebook group, so there’s already a great local network building. We’ve also set up a Spokane region chat group so locals can organise future coffees, ideas, and other get-togethers (including early interest in an ANZAC Day lunch).
New to town, long-time local, or somewhere in between — you’re very welcome. Bring a mate or come solo.
