When one wrong step could cost you everything.Howick Little Theatre is excited to present our season of Robert Thomas’ captivating mystery Aurélia. Adapted from the classic novel by Jean-Pierre Ferrière and translated by Tudor Gates.
One day, Lady Chalmont receives the welcome news that her estranged nephew is returning home to England with his new wife Aurélia. However, Aurélia arrives alone. Although she brings a pleasant change of pace to the quiet Cotswolds village, an air of secrecy and suspicion follows her. As an enigmatic and deceitful web of Machivallian proportions is spun, it starts to emerge that nothing is quite as it seems, and who is truly trustworthy is thrown into question.
