Working with marma points opens doorways into healing and doorways into enlightened states. These sacred energy centers serve as meeting places of body, mind, and prana. As we awaken marma, circulation begins. Prana circulates through the physical and through the intelligence of energy, it heals. The prana continues to work its magic, creating healing in the mind as well. As the prana organizes by simple awareness of marma, we heal both mind and body in one session.
